I've been doing this run/jog program which gradually works you up to running for 30 mins. I've just made the leap to the 6 run/1 walk portion of the program (from 4/1) and I'm feeling pretty good. The next leap is 9/1 which I suspect will be horrible. The program calls for you to do each level four times before moving on. Yeah, I think I'm going to do this one 8 times before moving onto the next level.

I just went back to food journaling again this week and I can see why I haven't lost weight this week. Apparently, I'm eating my face off and forgetting about it! I need to focus on journaling for the next few days to get back on track.
